Minnedosa is a community that is committed to life-long learning. Primary and Secondary School needs are met in the Minnedosa area by Tanner’s Crossing School and Minnedosa Collegiate.

Tanner’s Crossing School

Tanner’s Crossing School (TCS) is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school. Annual enrolment is in excess of 425 students and there are 55 professional and support staff. Tanner’s Crossing School’s motto is “the School that Cares and Shares.” TCS offers all the areas of specialization one might hope to find at a primary school. This includes: music, band, phys. ed. industrial arts, french, art, home economics, library, Lion’s Quest, annual musical, mentorship program, Successmaker, student support facilitator, guidance counselor, resource teachers, TACT program, and an active parent council. Tanner’s Crossing is a true community school. Staff at TCS work hard to emphasize the importance of community service and citizenship.

Minnedosa Collegiate

Minnedosa Collegiate is our area’s S1 to S4 school (grade 9 to 12). With enrolment in excess of 225 students there are 24 professional and support staff, offering academic courses as well as auto mechanics, art, business, and a variety of other courses. In addition, Rolling Rover School Division operates an Adult Learning Centre in the community.
